Professional with more than 15 years of experience in program and project management. She has coordinated several projects in the Latin American region in sustainable development and climate change, collaborating with their planning, implementation, learning, participation, monitoring, evaluation and knowledge management processes. Gabriela holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Exchanges from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador, a Diploma in Social Intervention from the Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja, a virtual Diploma in Decentralization and Local Development from the Universidad Alberto Hurtado de Chile. She also has a Specialization in Leadership, Climate Change and Cities from FLACSO-Ecuador. Since August 2018, she is the Regional Coordinator for Latin America of the «Knowledge Accelerator» Program of the Climate and Development Knowledge Network (CDKN).
