Professional with a degree in Business Administration. Extensive experience in international cooperation agencies and non-governmental organizations, as advisor in financial and administrative management, budget control, audit contracting, review of audit reports, implementation and closure of recommendations. Formulation of budgets for the development of new projects or activities. Experience in the evaluation of the institutional capacity of local organizations for project management; as well as the implementation of actions for their strengthening. María joins FFLA in December 2020 to provide administrative and financial assistance to the Executive Direction and the Foundation’s team.
