Specialist in natural resource management and civil engineer with more than 30 years of experience in environmental management, biodiversity conservation, watershed management and local capacity building for the sustainable management of natural resources,. Pablo is an expert in financial mechanisms for the conservation and governance of water resources. He has worked in the public sector both locally and nationally, in addition to teaching at various universities. Pablo has always be linked to the world of sustainable development and environment, he is a high-level visionary leader who adapts to the creation of consensus among the diverse groups of interested in resources and the construction of working relationships with the government, the community and the private sector’s collaborators. Since June 2019, Pablo has taken the leadership of the organization as Executive Director of the Fundación Futuro Latinoamericano.
