What can be reported?
- Fraud, corruption, bribery, collusion, coercion, misappropriation, money laundering, or terrorist financing.
- Undeclared conflicts of interest or manipulation of institutional information.
- Serious breaches of environmental and social safeguards.
- Discrimination, violence, abuse of power, retaliation, and sexual exploitation, abuse or harassment (SEAH).
- Irregularities in procurement or contracting and imminent risks to people or FFLA assets.

Use the following form to contact Fundación Futuro Latinoamericano (FFLA), submit general inquiries, and file formal complaints. This channel is specifically intended to:
- Receive and manage external complaints or concerns related to the environmental and social (E&S) performance of our projects and operations.
- Request access to documents under the Information Disclosure Policy.
- Report possible violations of prohibited-practices policies, including fraud, corruption, coercion, collusion, money laundering, or terrorist financing.

For Fundación Futuro Latinoamericano (FFLA), preventing and responding to sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment (SEAH) is an essential institutional priority. Due to the nature of these incidents, reporting and case management follow a fully independent process that protects the survivor, ensures strict confidentiality, and allows anonymity.
